How do credits work?
Credits are the currency for generating looks and puppets on Avenue of Looks. Each look generation costs 2 credits, and puppet generation costs 2 credits. You can purchase credit packs or subscribe to Pro for monthly credits. Credits never expire.
Can I get a refund?
All purchases are final and non-refundable. This includes credit packs and Pro subscription payments. We encourage you to start with a smaller credit pack to try the service before making larger purchases. If you experience technical issues, please contact us and we'll do our best to help resolve them.
What does Pro include?
Pro membership ($19.99/month) includes 40 credits per month, unlimited retention for your looks and puppets, 150 free AI enhancements per month, priority support, and extended limits on models and garments. You can cancel anytime.
What are AI Enhancements?
AI Enhancements include Style Suggestions and Improved Looks. Style Suggestions analyze your outfit and provide styling recommendations. Improved Looks enhance your generated photos with better lighting and details. Pro users get 150 free enhancements per month; others pay 1 credit each.
How long are my looks saved?
Free users have a 14-day retention period for looks and puppets. After 14 days, they are automatically deleted. Pro subscribers enjoy unlimited retention - your creations are saved as long as your subscription is active. We recommend downloading important looks to your device.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your Pro subscription anytime from your account settings or the Pricing page. Your benefits will continue until the end of your current billing period. After cancellation, your account will revert to free tier and existing looks will be subject to the 14-day retention policy.
