By accessing or using Avenue of Looks ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

Avenue of Looks is an AI-powered fashion visualization platform that allows users to create digital fashion photos by combining AI models with uploaded garments. The Service includes look generation, puppet creation, and AI enhancements.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use most features of the Service. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Credits and Payments

The Service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are used for generating looks, puppets, and AI enhancements.

• Credit packs are one-time purchases and non-refundable
• Pro subscriptions are billed monthly and non-refundable
• Unused credits remain in your account indefinitely
• Canceling a subscription does not entitle you to a refund

5. Pro Subscription

Pro subscribers receive additional benefits including monthly credits, unlimited retention, and free AI enhancements (subject to fair use limits of 150 per month).

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled
• Cancel anytime through your account settings
• Benefits continue until the end of your billing period
• Monthly credits are granted at the start of each billing cycle and do not roll over

6. User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a license to use it for providing the Service. You agree not to upload:

• Content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Images of individuals without their consent
• Content that violates any applicable laws

7. Data Retention

Generated looks and puppets are subject to retention policies. Free users have a 14-day retention period after which content may be automatically deleted. Pro subscribers enjoy unlimited retention while their subscription is active.

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to:

• Generate inappropriate, harmful, or illegal content
• Impersonate others or create misleading content
• Circumvent any limitations or restrictions
• Reverse engineer or copy the Service
• Use automated systems to access the Service excessively

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
